Meet at 6.30pm at the chapel and travel around the village. Either be ready to listen out for us or be brave and come and help us sing. This year we are collecting for Edward trust and the fund is already swelling as the choir went up to "The Dog" pub after the candlelit carols and collected over £90 to start the total off.

Stop Press - we have raised just over £300.

Anticipation for the annual Sunday evening carol service is growing. The candles and the tables have been set up ready to bathe the church with the soft light of over 100 candles. Get there early to get a seat. Refreshments are provided in the adjacent hall immediately after the service. Dont miss it this year.

This year once again all seats were full and we had the unusual attraction of not one but two baby "Jesus" characters taken from our congregation. Many carols sung and readings were given during our service lead by Derek Shaw.

Whitacre Chapel is approaching its centenary and this has been developed to help display and inform both the local and wider community what is happening as well as how the church is planning to celebrate.
