| Todays service lead by Peter Tonks included the presentation of the annual JMA awards. The children collected their awards and many pinned them straight onto their ribbons and many are now collecting quite a few with our oldest collector running to two ribbons including a long service badge. The service had a the theme of "fishers of men" and included some lovely hymns and songs including a solo by Val playing "I am sailing" on her saxophone. The children decorated fishes and pinned these to the net at the end of the service to represent Jesus calling his disciples and people to follow him. | |
