November sees us meet to support St Johns Ambulance. This is the charity putting the power of first aid into everybody's hands, so we're all closer to help in an emergency. They educate and equip people to feel confident to act in a health crisis, while their volunteers and staff are there to help in communities, at events and alongside other emergency services. With the darker nights coming at us it is down hill to Christmas! Maybe you have an Indian summer get away planned or winter garden planting to complete?
